Ordering Process:
We have been blessed with an abundance of orders therefore we are presently unable to accept any new orders until after January 2014. Please feel free to drop us an email inquiry and we will add your name to a waiting list. We will contact you in 2014 to secure a deposit and give you an approximate date of delivery.
After your $500.00 deposit is received your name is placed on our waiting list. Your deposit is also applied to the total price of your completed guitar. Due to a recent flood of orders after the Montreal and Miami guitar shows our back log of orders has grown considerably. Currently our backlog is running at approximately 36 months. From the date that we receive your deposit you can expect delivery of your guitar approximately 36 months later. We will be in regular contact, via email, prior to starting your guitar and also throughout the building process.
Digital Diary: We offer our customers a digital diary of the entire building process. Mary will take pictures during the process and email them to you at least on a weekly basis. We offer this free service for our customers so you can be involved in the birth and delivery of your new guitar.
Returns: Once you receive your guitar you have a 3 day grace period. You can return the guitar, for a full refund, if the guitar is returned in "AS NEW" condition, less the shipping costs, if it does not meet your expectations. However, if there are any unique features or inlays that would render the guitar difficult for us to sell then the return policy is null and void.
